Parenting

Whether you are single parenting or co-parenting, you may have more questions than answers. You are not alone! Macy's offers resources and support for families from pregnancy to at least two years old. We offer a variety of educational classes that can be sent to your phone to watch at your convenience or at the center with our staff who will facilitate the lessons in-person. As you participate in our educational program, you will earn rewards that include a monthly mommy care basket and a birth care basket for your birth experience. After your baby is born, you can earn free diapers, wipes, and baby essentials. We strive to equip you with the tools you need to make healthy decisions for yourself and your baby.

Adoption

When you have an unplanned pregnancy, adoption can be a very brave and empowering choice to consider. As the birth mom, you have the right to make the decision about who your baby's adoption provider will be, to select you baby's adoptive parents, whether you'd like an open adoption or not (and what that looks like for you), and many more important decisions. Let us help you explore these options. We can connect you with the best adoption agency for you and your specific needs.

Abortion

What do I need to know about abortion?

  1. Depending on how far along a pregnancy has developed, different types of abortions are performed. Macy’s Clinic provides information on the various abortion procedures to help you make an informed decision.

  2. An ultrasound can determine how far along the pregnancy is and if a natural miscarriage is occurring. One in four pregnancies end in miscarriage. Also, an ultrasound can rule out a rare ectopic pregnancy which would require immediate medical attention.

  3. Before having an abortion, it is important that an active STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) is treated. We can test for the two most common bacterial infections: gonorrhea and chlamydia.

  4. Oklahoma prohibits abortion with exceptions to save the life of a woman. If you are looking at out-of-state options, making an appointment with Macy’s Clinic can provide you with basic information that will help in your decision-making. Macy’s Clinic is a confidential and safe environment where you can easily obtain information from our trained caring client advocates.

All services are offered without any costs to each client. All information and care will be kept confidential. We do not discriminate against any race, creed, age, religion, sexual orientation, or marital status of clients.

Macy's does not provide abortion services nor abortion referrals
